Ian McTear

Ian McTear is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Divisional Director of Partner Remuneration at St. James’s Place Wealth Management since January 2015. In this role, Ian oversees teams and processes related to the remuneration of SJP Partners, previously holding positions such as Head of Partnership Fees and Developments and Head of Division - Partnership Support. Before joining St. James’s Place, Ian worked at Lloyds Banking Group from August 2010 to January 2015, where responsibilities included the production of management information and financial reporting for the Commercial Banking Division. Ian's earlier tenure at Lloyds spanned from 2004 to 2010, encompassing roles focused on integration change, financial change, and management information development. Ian holds a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry from the University of Bristol.
