Peter Clarke is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning performance, innovation, and product consulting. Currently serving as the Head of Learning Performance & Innovation at St. James’s Place Wealth Management since May 2020, Peter previously held various roles at JCA Global, including Head of Product Consulting and Partner Support Team Manager. Peter's expertise encompasses the design and delivery of assessment solutions, training courses, and psychometric tools, having worked with Cubiks and Hogrefe earlier in the career. Peter holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Cardiff University and a BSc in Psychology & Criminology from the University of Lincoln.
