Dan T. Butler, MSL, currently serves as a Consultant for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Coordinated Care Services, Inc. since July 2024 and has been the Senior Pastor at St John Baptist Church since February 2017, overseeing team building and community outreach initiatives. Previously, Dan held positions such as Chief Equity Officer for the City of Rochester and Equity and Advocacy Division Director at the Urban League of Rochester, where responsibilities included developing DEI strategies and fostering inclusion practices. Dan's career also includes roles in housing and health care management, emphasizing community support and accessibility. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management and a Master's Degree in Strategic Leadership, both from Roberts Wesleyan University.
