Gail Watts

Gail Watts currently serves as the Coordinator Safety Quality and Risk at St John of God Health Care since December 2023. Previously, Gail held various management and nursing roles at the same institution, including Manager Quality Risk and Patient Experience and Clinical Nurse Safety Quality and Risk from February 2021 to March 2023. With extensive experience in quality and risk management, clinical audits, and incident management, Gail has contributed significantly to improving patient care and safety. Earlier career experiences include working as a Practice Nurse at Illawarra Medical Centre and a Registered Nurse at Leeds General Hospital in the UK, specializing in colo-rectal, gastroenterology, and surgical services. Gail's academic background includes training at Leeds NHS Trust from 1985 to 1989.
