Account Manager at St. John & Partners

Sydney Jacob began their work experience in 2011 as a Waitstaff at Vicar's Landing, where they provided excellent dining service and efficiently worked with the staff. In 2014, they joined Ponte Vedra Presbyterian Church as a Youth Ministry Assistant, where they counseled students, organized events, and managed social media platforms. In 2017, Sydney worked as a Site Supervisor at IST Management Service, overseeing administrative duties and managing office facilities. Sydney later joined St. John in 2017 as an Account Manager, and held roles such as Account Coordinator and Field Account Assistant Manager. In these roles, they managed assets, conducted competitive research, created completion reports, and assisted with media production. In addition, Sydney was involved in social media content writing and developed marketing campaigns for various clients.

Sydney Jacob completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing and Management from the University of North Florida between 2013 and 2017. Prior to that, they attended Flagler College from 2013 to 2014, studying Business Administration and Management. Sydney completed their high school education at Ponte Vedra High School, where they did not earn a specific degree or study a particular field. In terms of additional certifications, Sydney obtained training in Google Docs Essential Training and Content Marketing: Social Media from LinkedIn in July 2020 and June 2020 respectively. Sydney also holds a Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification from Microsoft, although the specific date of obtention is not provided.
