Ryan Gittings

Ryan Gittings is currently the AVP of Operations at St. John Properties, Inc. Prior to this, they worked as the Market Research Manager at CoStar Group from October 2007 to June 2010. In this role, they were responsible for managing commercial real estate data research efforts in the South Carolina and Lousiana markets and providing commercial real estate analytical data and market statistics to clients in assigned territory via Costar products. Ryan was also responsible for presenting quarterly market report advisory boards to commercial real estate executives, brokers and developers within defined markets. Ryan was a repeat team of the month award winner for both data quality and research performance and their market was the top market in subscription renewal and new revenue in 2009.

Before working at CoStar Group, Ryan worked as the Daily Rental Operations Supervisor at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from June 2001 to October 2007. In this role, they were responsible for the BWI rental car fleet and rental facility operations. This included overseeing the fueling, maintenance, loss control, transport, fleet forecasting, and reconditioning of 1000 vehicles. Ryan also hired, scheduled, and managed a team of over 30 operational support personnel including branch coordinators, drivers, and car preps. Ryan achieved 25% fleet growth making BWI largest rental operation on east coast during their tenure.

Ryan Gittings studied mass communication at Frostburg State University and later obtained a certification from the NAFA Fleet Management Association as a Certified Automotive Fleet Manager.
