Katie Bavester

Katie Bavester has extensive work experience, beginning with their role as an Associate at St John's Innovation Centre Ltd in 2016. Katie also worked as an Associate for First Ascent Group, Inspiring Partnerships, Innovas, and Deyton Bell from 2016 to 2018. From 2018 to 2021, they have been a Certified Associate for Emergenetics International, an Associate for TCG Advisory, and an Interim Project Manager for Active New Communities at Living Sport. Additionally, they have been a Business Owner and Freelance for Bavester Associates since 2012 and a Board Member for Active Suffolk since 2015.

Katie Bavester has an extensive education history. In 1989-1991, they attended Colchester Sixth Form College, where they obtained A Levels in French, German, and Economics. In 1992-1993, they attended Colchester Institute and obtained a HNC in Business and Finance. From 1993-1995, they attended CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing and obtained a Diploma in Marketing. In 2003, they attended the University of Cambridge and obtained a Postgrad certificate in Cross Sector Partnerships. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, such as an Emergenetics Certified Associate from Emergenetics International in December 2021, a PRINCE2 Foundation and Practioner level from APMG in January 2011, and a Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering from the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health in March 2012.
