David Watt

David Watt has over 39 years of experience in water management and engineering. Currently, David serves as the Bureau Chief and Assistant Director of the Engineering Bureau at St. Johns River Water Management District since October 1994. David has been a member of the American Water Resource Association since 1985, holding various leadership positions including President of the Florida Section in 2010, and serving on the national Board of Directors and Finance Committee. Prior to St. Johns River Water Management District, David worked as a Supervising Professional Engineer at South Florida Water Management District from 1984 to 1994. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Florida, completed between 1978 and 1983.
