Olkeba T. Leta is a Senior Engineer Scientist at the St. Johns River Water Management District since January 2019, specializing in H&H Models Development, Minimum Flows & Levels Modeling, and project leadership, alongside data analysis and visualization. Previously, Olkeba served as an Engineer Scientist focusing on Minimum Flows & Levels modeling and data analysis. Prior to this role, Olkeba was a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, concentrating on watershed processes modeling and the impacts of land use and climate change. Olkeba also conducted doctoral research at Vrije Universiteit Brussel and KU Leuven, where the focus was on catchment processes modeling and climate change impact assessment.
