Jiyun Kim

Dr. Kim has training in Medicine and in Research. Before coming to Saint John’s University, her research was in intravital imaging of immune cells in the central nervous system (CNS) using two photon microscopy. At Saint John’s University, she is a dedicated teacher of Biology and engages in academic and career-advising to pre-healthcare career track undergraduate students. Her current interest is in experimenting enhanced pedagogy and applying new educational technology platforms to promote diversity, equity and inclusion.
