Gean Leyba

Gean Leyba has a diverse work experience in facilities management and consulting roles. Gean started their career in 2008 as a Regional Facility Manager at BlackBerry, where they set up new offices and streamlined operations across the US and Latin America. After that, they joined Fiserv as a Facilities Manager, where they led a large-scale relocation and consolidation project. In 2015, they moved to iHeartMedia as a Director of Facilities Management, overseeing a renovation project and managing office space for hundreds of employees. Gean then worked as a Facilities Director Consultant at St. John's Well Child & Family Center, assessing operations for nonprofit clinics. In 2018, they joined EVELOZCITY as the Director of Facilities Management, managing construction and operating budgets. Currently, they are the Director of Facilities at St. John's Well Child & Family Center, overseeing the facility's operations and safety.
