Janine Begasse has a diverse work history within the healthcare industry. Janine Begasse is currently the Vice President of Quality, Patient Safety, and Patient Experience at St. Joseph's Health. Prior to this role, they served as a Member at Chief and as the VP/ Chief Quality and Patient Safety Officer at Crozer-Keystone Health System.

Janine spent a significant part of their career at AtlantiCare, where they held multiple roles. Janine Begasse began as a Registered Nurse in 1998 and eventually became the Corporate Director of Quality and Regulatory & Accreditation. In this position, they provided strategic and operational leadership to ensure regulatory compliance and accreditation.

Before their role at AtlantiCare, Janine was the Manager of Quality at ARMC, where they were responsible for improving quality and safety of patient care in accordance with regulatory requirements. Janine Begasse also served as the Surgical Quality Performance Improvement Coordinator, facilitating performance improvement initiatives throughout the hospital.

Earlier in their career, Janine worked as the Clinical Manager at The Joint Institute, where they oversaw nursing care delivery and provided staff education. Janine Begasse also assisted the Clinical Director with various tasks such as resolving staff issues and developing performance improvement activities.

Janine Begasse completed a Bachelor's Degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse at Penn State University. Janine Begasse then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Stockton University. Janine Begasse also holds a certification in Certified Professional Healthcare Quality obtained in 2014 from the National Association for Healthcare Quality.
