Kristy Gasparino

Kristy Gasparino, AIA, LEED AP has a diverse and extensive work experience in the architecture and construction industry. Starting as an intern at Michael Lewis Architects in 2000, Kristy gained valuable experience before becoming an intern at KPF in 2004.

In 2005, Kristy joined Ricci Greene Associates, where they spent eleven years working in leadership roles, including project manager, project architect, and project designer. Their work in the judicial sector focused on creating normative environments in imposing and security-driven buildings, with the aim of humanizing the experience of those who staff, visit, and utilize courthouses and other judicial facilities.

In 2016, Kristy joined AECOM as Associate Vice President, where they led two studios focused on the public sector and also expanded their expertise into internal operations management. Kristy was known for being a "fixer" and was brought in on troubled programs and projects to repair client relationships, improve deliverable quality, and manage internal budgets and practices.

In 2019, Kristy joined Lehrer Cumming as the Design Director for the Javits Center's $1B design-build expansion project. Kristy also led project management efforts for Barnard College's $200M expansion of their sciences building.

In 2022, Kristy briefly worked as a Project Director at STV before joining St. Joseph's Health in 2023. Currently, they serve as the Director of Design and Construction, leading the department on all capital expenditure and in-house construction projects across three campuses and various offsite practice locations throughout Northern NJ.

Kristy Gasparino, AIA, LEED AP obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Architecture from The Catholic University of America in 2003. Kristy then went on to earn a Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) from the University of Illinois Chicago in 2005. In addition to their education, Gasparino also holds certifications as a LEED AP from USGBC and a New York State License/Registration.
