Pia House Walker, MSL has a strong background in human resources, with extensive experience in various leadership positions. Pia recently served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources and Diversity Officer at St. Joseph's Health. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Vice President Human Resources & Learning at JPS Health Network, where they were responsible for overseeing human resources and learning initiatives. Before joining JPS Health Network, Pia worked as the Executive Director of Human Resources at the same organization. Earlier in their career, they served as the Human Resources Director at Atrium Health for a significant period of time.

Pia House Walker, MSL has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Organizational Leadership & Change from Pfeiffer University. Pia also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Livingstone College.
