Brooke Cowell

Brooke Cowell, RN, MBA has extensive experience in healthcare leadership and nursing roles. Brooke has served as a Clinical Director for the Regional Renal Program and the Acute Mental Health division at St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton. Additionally, they have held positions as a Nursing Professional Practice Lead and Lead Director in various departments. Brooke'sroles have involved driving change to improve quality, advance nursing practice, and collaborate with external stakeholders to enhance patient care and research opportunities.

Brooke Cowell, RN, MBA, holds a BScN in Nursing Science from Ryerson University and a Registered Nursing Diploma from Mohawk College. Brooke also has an Executive MBA in Business (Social Enterprise Stream) from the University of Fredericton. Additionally, Brooke has earned multiple certificates in leadership, critical care nursing, crisis intervention, palliative care nursing, Indigenous cultural safety, Lean healthcare, infection prevention & control, and reprocessing.
