Cindy Faison

Cindy Faison is currently the Chief Operations Officer for St. Joseph’s Villa. She has more than 40 years of human service experience. Ms. Faison began her career as a residential counselor and went on to develop and direct numerous programs and services throughout the state of Virginia. Her expertise includes residential programming, education, community based, and homeless services. She has been serving in various leadership roles for more than 30 years and has expertise in strategic planning, organizational development, risk management, budgeting, and policy and program development. Ms. Faison has initiated and created leadership and management development programs, new service concepts, and organizational structure development.

Ms. Faison received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Virginia Wesleyan College and earned a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice from Virginia Commonwealth University. She also completed the Darden School of Business Management Development Program. She is a current member of the United Way Education Action Council.
