Crystal Chism

Crystal Chism has extensive experience in quality assurance and training management, currently serving as Manager of Training and Quality Assurance at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - ALSAC since March 2017, after previously holding the role of Analyst in Quality Analytics and Continuous Improvement. Prior to St. Jude, Crystal worked at UBC - An Express Scripts Company in various roles, including IT Operations Analyst and Senior Reimbursement Specialist, covering a range of responsibilities from business analysis to specialty pharmacy liaison. Crystal's earlier experience includes positions as a Financial Analyst at Lakeside Behavioral Health Systems and as a Substance Abuse Counselor at ADC Recovery and Counseling Center. Crystal began the career in a supervisory role at American Home Shield. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Education, Psychology and Research, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Bachelor of Science in Biological and Behavioral Sciences, and an Associate of Science in Natural Sciences, all obtained from the University of Memphis and Southwest Tennessee Community College.
