Jim Schoolfield

Jim Schoolfield currently serves as Senior Managing Director at JLL since December 2020, bringing extensive experience in the real estate sector. Previously, Jim held various roles including Global Advisory and Transaction Services at CBRE from November 2016 to December 2020, and Senior Vice President at Cresa from August 2010 to November 2016. Jim also contributed to Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services as Strategic Business Development and worked at Precision Development Inc as an Associate. In addition to real estate, Jim serves as Chairman of Invest in Hope for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, an organization dedicated to advancing the understanding and treatment of childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases. Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
