Joy Toney holds a Master's degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University and an MBA in Information Systems from The University of Memphis. With extensive experience in various managerial and analytical roles, Joy Toney has been with ALSAC/St. Jude Children's Research Hospital since December 2007, serving in positions such as Manager of ITS Support Technology and Manager of Business Analysis COE. Previous roles include leadership positions at PMI Memphis and the Greater Memphis IIBA Chapter, as well as analytical roles at Accredo Health Inc. and FedEx. Joy Toney also possesses multiple professional certifications, including CISSP, ACCISO, CBAP, CSM, CSPO, CST, and ITIL4.
