Lisa Kercher

Lisa Kercher is a highly experienced professional in the field of laboratory operations and public health, currently serving as Director and Laboratory Operations Manager at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital since June 2018, and previously as Manager of the ABSL-3+ Biocontainment Lab at the same institution since 2011. Prior experience includes roles as a Microbiologist and Study Coordinator at the National Institutes of Health from January 2007 to January 2011, and a Medical Writer at Spectrum Research between 2008 and 2010. Lisa Kercher holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Virology from Baylor College of Medicine, an MPH in Public Health and Epidemiology from the University of Washington, an MS in Biology from Ball State University, and a BA in Psychology from Purdue University.
