Yu Shan C. Huang is an accomplished Associate Scientist and Senior Researcher at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - ALSAC, where research focuses on the migration of cerebellar granule neurons during development through in vitro dissociated cerebellar granule cell culture and tissue slice culture since April 2021. Previous experience includes serving as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Academia Sinica from July 2020 to April 2021, specializing in lattice light-sheet microscopy, mechanobiology, and cell polarity. Prior to this, Yu Shan C. Huang was a Postdoctoral Researcher at Helmholtz Zentrum München, implementing super-resolution imaging techniques from July 2018 to 2020 and a further Postdoctoral Researcher role at Academia Sinica focused on high spatial-temporal resolution live cell imaging from July 2017 to July 2018. A solid academic foundation includes a Ph.D. in Biophotonics from National Yang Ming University, along with a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biophotonics and Physics, respectively.
