Chris Eyre

Chris Eyre has extensive experience in quantity surveying and commercial management within the construction industry. Currently serving as Commercial Service Manager at St Leger Homes of Doncaster since September 2020, Chris has also held positions as Senior Quantity Surveyor and Quantity Surveyor in the same company. Prior to this, Chris was the Owner and Quantity Surveyor at Rufford Oaks Limited from November 2020 to February 2023, and held various roles in senior quantity surveying at Caledonian Modular, Paragon Interiors Group Plc, and Styles&Wood. Chris's expertise includes working on significant retail accounts, including Tesco and Lloyds banking teams, focusing on fit outs and refurbishments. Chris holds a degree in Quantity Surveying & Construction Cost Management from The Nottingham Trent University.
