David Spirz

David Spirz is an experienced firearms instructor and law enforcement professional with a diverse background in military and police service. As the owner and primary firearms instructor at Spyder Shooting School since August 2013, David focuses on a wide range of training, from basic fundamentals to advanced tactics. Previously, David has served as a Police Officer with the St. Louis County Police Department since October 2010 and as a Military Police Officer in the US Army until retirement in August 2022. David’s earlier experience includes serving as a Services Officer in the United States Air Force and various roles in the retail and food service industry. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Southeast Missouri State University and has completed education at Webster University.
