Atara Estes

Atara Estes, ICHW-C, is an experienced Community Health Worker (CHW) currently serving as the CHW Leadership Development Specialist at St. Louis Integrated Health Network since December 2016. In this role, Atara is involved in the regional CDC-funded CHW Workforce project, which aims to enhance the influence and effectiveness of CHWs in the area. Previously, Atara worked as a CHW within the Re-Link Program at the same organization, facilitating support and resources for community reentrants in navigating health and social services. Earlier experience includes serving as a Municipal Court Clerk for St. Louis County, where Atara interacted extensively with the public and the legal community. Atara holds a certificate in Community Health Work from St. Louis Community College and a Project Management certification through Coursera.
