Brian Munoz

Brian Munoz is an accomplished photographer and multimedia journalist with extensive experience in visual storytelling. As the Owner and Lead Photographer at Studio FiftyOne Photography and Design since June 2015, Brian has honed skills in photography and design. Currently serving as the Visuals Editor at St. Louis Public Radio since September 2021, Brian leads the organization's visual initiatives, including editorial photography and photojournalism education. Prior to this role, Brian held various positions, including a Visuals Fellow at USA TODAY and a Freelance Photographer for Reuters. With a foundation in journalism from Southern Illinois University, Brian has developed a breadth of experience across several media organizations, focusing on topics such as sports, national politics, community issues, and social justice.
