Benjamin Klepeiss has a strong background in cloud engineering and system administration. Benjamin started their career at T-Mobile in 2008, where they worked as a Retail Sales Representative and later advanced to an Advanced Technical Support Tier III role, troubleshooting network and device issues. In 2011, they joined St. Luke's University Health Network and held various roles, including SLPG LAN Technician, Information Systems Coordinator, and Senior Application Analyst, where they managed IT projects, resolved application issues, and coordinated vendor collaborations. From 2018 to 2019, they served as a Systems Engineer, responsible for infrastructure management and support. Most recently, they have been a Cloud Engineer and Lead System/Cloud Engineer at St. Luke's, focusing on Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services and facilitating the migration of on-prem workloads to the cloud.
