Erica Montes

Erica Montes is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in creative services. Currently serving as a Senior Creative Marketing Partner at St. Luke's University Health Network since December 2022, Erica previously held the position of Director of Creative Services at Innovative Designs & Publishing from June 2013 to January 2023. Additionally, Erica worked as an Art Director in freelance graphic design services from 2004 to 2013 and at Lehigh Valley Marketplace from November 2004 to February 2012. Erica holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Design from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, earned between 1987 and 1991.
