Michael Kimball

Michael Kimball has a diverse work experience in various healthcare and technology roles. Michael started their career at AEW Capital Management as a Software Developer, focusing on ASP.Net applications and SQL Server databases. Michael then transitioned to the healthcare sector, joining Greater Lawrence Family Health Center as a Database Administrator and later as an Information Services Application Supervisor, where they managed IT projects and led process improvement initiatives. After that, they worked at Lehigh Valley Health Network as a Senior Management Engineer, utilizing data analysis and engineering tactics to improve efficiency and patient care. Currently, they are working at St. Luke's University Health Network as a Senior Director, Management Engineering, where they provide guidance on labor management, cost reduction strategies, and workflow improvement for a network of hospitals and physician practices.

Michael Kimball completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Philosophy at Lafayette College from 1998 to 2002. Michael later pursued a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Health Systems Engineering at Lehigh University from 2011 to 2013.
