Katina Thornock

Katina Thornock is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate counsel and litigation. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Providence since December 2020, Katina has previously held significant roles at Starbucks, including Managing Director and Director of Global Litigation from December 2009 to December 2020. Prior to Starbucks, Katina was a Senior Associate Attorney in the Global Insurance Group at Cozen O'Connor from September 2006 to December 2009 and an Associate Attorney at Reed McClure from January 2003 to September 2006. Katina earned a Juris Doctorate from Seattle University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English from the University of Washington.
