Del Planter

Del Planter holds a BA (Hons), PGCE, NPQH, and NPQEL, with extensive experience in educational leadership and improvement. Currently serving as a School Improvement Partner at St Mary Redcliffe and Temple School since September 2022, Del Planter focuses on supporting school and trust leaders to achieve ambitious and sustainable enhancements through coaching, mentoring, and leading reviews. Previous roles include Headteacher at Ashton Park School and Sixth Form and Castle School Education Trust, Executive Headteacher at Marlwood School, and Deputy Headteacher positions at Mangotsfield School and Castle School Education Trust. Additional expertise includes serving as an Additional Inspector for Ofsted and as an Education Advisor for South Gloucestershire Council. Del Planter's career began as Head of Faculty at Chipping Sodbury School and Henbury School.
