Carlos Herrera Mandelli

Carlos Herrera Mandelli is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the cement industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance at Votorantim Cimentos - St Marys Cement since February 2015, Carlos previously held positions such as Director of Corporate Finance and Reporting and Planning and Control Head at Votorantim Cimentos Europe, Africa and Asia. Earlier experience includes Senior Finance Manager and Business Analyst roles at Votorantim Cement North America Inc. and AlphaStaff. Carlos began their career at Novartis as Planning, Information and Control Manager. Carlos holds an MBA in Business Administration from Georgia Southern University, and a degree in Economics from Universidad de Lima.
