Frank Hurd has extensive experience working in various roles, including as Chief Administrative Officer at St. Mary's Parish Annapolis, Principal at The Palmer Group, Vice Chairman at National Older Worker Career Center, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at The Carpet and Rug Institute, and Managing Director at the Chlorine Chemistry Council. Frank also served as a Colonel in the US Army with significant assignments, including Chief of Senate Liaison Division and Commander of 2d Squadron 2ACR. Frank holds a Master of Business Administration from Georgia Institute of Technology, post-graduate work in Operations Research from the University of Georgia, and a Bachelor of Science in Natural Science Concentration from Mercer University.

One parish of two churches, two schools, and over 70 ministries, clubs, and organizations located in historic downtown Annapolis. Parish was founded in 1853 by the Redemptorists. The two schools, the Elementary School founded in 1862, and the High School founded in 1946, educate over 1,300 students each year.
