Chris Paget

As Director of Estates and Campus Services, Chris is responsible for leading on a broad range of operational services to include the Maintenance, Housekeeping, Grounds Maintenance, Security, Catering, Reception, Postal Services, Health and Safety and Timetabling. He is also responsible for the development of the University Campus including their vision to provide the best facilities for their students

Chris joined St Mary’s University as in November 2017 following 4.5 years as Director of Estates at The University of Hull where he was instrumental in delivering a £230m capital development programme including the award winning Brynmor Jones Library and Allam Medical School. In recent years his directorate has been recognised with four RIBA awards and was shortlisted for the Times Higher Education Award for Outstanding Estates team. Chris joined the higher education sector in 2012 prior to which he was an Executive Director at Warwickshire College Group.
