Kathryn Hodges

Kathryn Hodges serves as the Director of PraxisCollab CIC since 2019, focusing on making social research and evaluation accessible within community and social care sectors. As an Independent Researcher, Trainer, and Consultant since 2018, Kathryn has collaborated on various projects such as the Tackling Child Exploitation support programme and developing national training standards for modern slavery support professionals. Additional roles include serving as a Visiting Research Fellow and Director at St Mary’s University’s Bakhita Centre, alongside previous positions at Anglia Ruskin University, where Kathryn was Head of the Department of Social Care, and several leadership roles in social care and health settings. Kathryn holds a PhD in Health and Social Care from Anglia Ruskin University and multiple qualifications in social work and coaching.
