Yasmina Mallam-Hassam

Yasmina is Head of Employability Services at St Mary’s with responsibility for the Centre for Workplace Learning, the Careers Service and working with Faculties, Institutes and Departments to embed Employability throughout the Student Experience. She led on the development of the St Mary’s Employability Strategy and has driven new innovations within Employability including the Start Up St Mary’s entrepreneurship and Be SMART professional development programmes.

She has been a professional careers consultant for 18 years and before this was a consultant in the telecommunications industry. She is passionate about diversity and inclusion and is part of the BAME network at St Mary’s as well as studying for a CMI Level 6 qualification in Diversity and Inclusion.
