Melissa Marie Strong

Melissa Marie Strong, Ed.D. serves as the Middle School Director at Episcopal Day School of St. Matthew since July 2025. Prior to this role, Strong held various positions at Viewpoint School, including Director of Studies and Assistant Head of Middle School, from July 2015 to July 2025. Experience includes co-organizing an “unconference” workshop for educators at PlaydateLA and leading the Middle School World Languages Department at Harvard-Westlake School from September 2008 to June 2015. Strong holds a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Innovation from Arizona State University, a Master’s degree in Spanish from UCLA, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UCLA.
