Kim Perlman

Kim Perlman is a seasoned educational leader with extensive experience in K-12 administration and instructional development. Currently serving as Middle School Director at The Summit Country Day School since July 2022, Kim Perlman provides visionary leadership and strategic oversight to foster a culture of growth and success. Prior experience includes the role of Assistant Head of School at The Fletcher School | The Rankin Institute, focusing on operational management and leadership development for K-12 programs. Kim Perlman also contributed significantly at Gaston Day School over a twelve-year span in various leadership roles, including Head of Upper School and Director of Educational Technology, enhancing student experiences and promoting academic excellence. Kim Perlman holds multiple degrees from West Virginia University and a Graduate Certificate in Instructional Systems Technology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
