Helen Mondi

Helen Mondi has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Helen started their career at PaineWebber as an Accountant, where they were responsible for preparing and examining financial statements. Helen then joined IBM as a Customer Support Representative, assisting with the sale and installation of computer equipment and software. Afterward, they worked at State Farm Agent as an Agency Staff Member, supporting customer inquiries and processing payments. Helen later joined GE, first as a Customer Order & Fulfillment Associate and then as a Billing & Disputes Specialist, resolving invoicing issues and providing customer support. Most recently, Helen worked at Genpact as a Commercial Business Analyst, developing and maintaining business relationships while identifying revenue leakage and billing discrepancies. Currently, they hold the role of Director of Finance and Administration at St. Maximilian Kolbe Catholic Church. Prior to their professional career, Helen served as a homeschool teacher for ten years.

Helen Mondi has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Management from Manhattanville College.
