Shahla Sabetnia

Shahla Sabetnia MBA is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and technology management. Currently serving as the Head of Digital Transformation and Innovation at RCSI since October 2014, Shahla has successfully led strategic initiatives to modernize enterprise applications and foster collaboration among IT and operational teams. Shahla also holds a position as a Non Executive Board Member at St Michael's House since September 2021. Previously, as an IT Programme Manager at Rabobank, Shahla played a key role in the merger and integration of technology solutions across multiple European banking entities. With earlier experience as a Senior Technical Consultant and Team Lead at Siebel Systems and a Software Engineer at Capgemini, Shahla possesses a solid foundation in software engineering. Shahla holds an MBA from Henley Business School and a BSc in Computer Software Engineering from Dublin City University.
