Christie Laurie

Christie Laurie serves as the VP of HR for the Americas Region at STMicroelectronics since October 2022, with additional responsibilities as Group HR Vice President for Americas Sales & Marketing. Prior to this, Christie held the position of Group Human Resources Director at STMicroelectronics, overseeing HR operations for Sales and Marketing across multiple regions. With over two decades of experience in human resources, including roles as Human Resources Director and Sr. Human Resources Manager, Christie has supported extensive teams across North and South America and facilitated comprehensive HR services. Education includes a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, alongside certification as a Compensation Certified Professional from WorldatWork.
