Tan CS has extensive experience in leadership roles within the electronics and technology sectors, having served as General Manager at both STMicroelectronics and ON Semiconductor. Additional positions include VP/General Manager at Flextronics Technology Sdn Bhd and Business Unit Director at Solectron. Tan CS also held the title of GM at Priority Plus Sdn Bhd. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science with 1st Class Honours and an MBA from Universiti Sains Malaysia, where Tan CS received the Faculty Gold Medal in Applied Physics. Early education was completed at St Xavier's Institution.
