Lianne Head

Lianne Head is an experienced professional in customer service and care, currently serving as the Customer Service Director at St. Modwen since February 2023. Prior to this role, Lianne was the Head of Customer Care at David Wilson Homes and Abri Group from January 2022 to February 2023 and September 2020 to January 2022, respectively. Lianne also held the position of Lecturer at Basingstoke College of Technology from May 2019 to September 2020. Earlier in Lianne's career, leadership roles included Head of Customer Care at Bewley Homes PLC and various positions at Sentinel Housing Association, which comprised Customer Relations Manager, Older Person's Services Manager, and Scheme Manager from October 2009 to December 2016.
