Kaleb McCulloch

Kaleb McCulloch is a seasoned professional in government affairs and business development, currently serving as the Senior Director of Government Affairs at the St. Paul Area Chamber since August 2024. Prior to this role, Kaleb worked as the Government Relations Manager at Hospitality Minnesota and as the Business Development Manager for the Government Relations group at Fredrikson & Byron, P.A. Kaleb's experience includes serving as a Public Affairs Specialist and Intern at the St. Paul Area Chamber and as a Policy Associate and Campaign Strategist at Vetvick Law. Kaleb earned a Master’s degree in Advocacy and Political Leadership from Metro State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy Advocacy from Hamline University, both with honors. Additionally, Kaleb completed the Minnesota Education Policy Fellowship Program at the Center for Policy Design.
