Shanna Davis

Shanna Davis is the current Director of Rehabilitation Services & Managed Care Services at St. Paul Elder Services, Inc. Shanna has been in this role since November 2021. Prior to that, they were at naviHealth from January 2021 to November 2021 as an SICC. Davis also spent two years as the Director of Rehabilitation Services at Functional Pathways from July 2019 to August 2021. From July 2014 to July 2019, they were the Director of Rehabilitation Services at Manor Care Health Services. Davis began their career in 2010 as a Co-Owner at Alpine Speech Therapy PLLC, where they worked until 2013.

Shanna Davis has a Master of Business Administration from Minnesota State University Moorhead and a Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Montevallo.

Shanna Davis reports to Sondra Norder, President & CEO. Shanna Davis works with Brandi Moon Bruley - Director of Nutrition Services, Amber Schroeder - Chief Financial Officer, and Keri Schreiter - Manager of Outreach Services.
