Cindy Bultena

Cindy Bultena is a seasoned healthcare leader with extensive experience in nursing and patient experience roles. Currently serving as the Chief Nursing and Patient Experience Officer at St. Peter's Health since May 2019, Cindy has previously worked as an Executive Coach and Patient Experience Consultant for NHS Solutions, Inc., where coaching was provided to senior leaders at Bassett Medical Center. At HealthEast, Cindy held various positions over two decades, including Patient Experience Leader, Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), and Executive Lead of Healing and Clinical Experience, significantly advancing patient care initiatives and operational excellence. Earlier in their career, Cindy served as the CNO at HealthEast, contributing to the closure of a hospital and developing the organization’s first hospital-based home care program. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Community Health from Minnesota State University, a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from the University of Minnesota, and an Associate of Arts in Nursing from Rochester Community College.
