Regina Walton

Regina Walton is a semi-retired professional with 30 years of extensive experience in Human Resources, primarily in healthcare and higher education, complemented by knowledge in manufacturing and retail industries. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director and People & Culture Manager at St. Philip's School & Community Center since July 2019, Regina enjoys applying expertise in a non-profit educational setting. Prior to this role, Regina served as the Talent Acquisition Manager for Staffing Services at UT Southwestern Medical Center from June 1993 to December 2018, demonstrating a strong commitment to helping individuals discover their professional niches. Regina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Business and Human Relations from the University of North Texas, earned between 1982 and 1987.
