Ross McDowell

Ross McDowell currently serves as the Front Desk Manager at The St. Regis Aspen Resort, a position held since August 2023, after previously functioning as the Assistant Rooms Operations Manager. Prior experience includes working at The Ritz-Carlton in Sarasota as a Rooms Operations Voyager from July 2022 to July 2023. Ross also worked as a Front Desk Agent at Residence Inn by Marriott in early 2022 and held multiple roles including Front Desk Supervisor and Front Desk Staff at Red Jacket Resorts from April 2019 to January 2022. Ross McDowell earned a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Southern New Hampshire University in April 2022.
