Annie Waterson has a diverse work experience in human resources and operations. Annie currently holds the position of VP, Human Resources & Operations at St. Supéry Estate Vineyards & Winery since July 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources at the same company from July 2015 to July 2022. Before joining St. Supéry, Annie worked as a Human Resources Manager at the company from October 2014 to June 2015. Prior to their role at St. Supéry, they served as the General Manager at Delta Consulting and Engineering from June 2007 to October 2014. Annie started their career as a Human Resources Coordinator at Trinchero Family Estates from June 2003 to June 2007. Annie gained initial experience as a Human Resources Intern at The Children's Museum of Indianapolis from December 2002 to February 2003.
Annie Waterson obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Franklin College, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. In addition to their college education, Annie also completed the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Level 2 certification.

Our vineyards and winery are certified Napa Green. We are proud to be recognized for our exceptional Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc and estate red and white blends. All of our wines are estate grown, produced and bottled. Visitors and their well-behaved dogs are invited to explore our extensive grounds, art gallery, pétanque courts and especially our unique wine tasting experiences, including farm-to-table culinary offerings from our Estate Chef, by prior appointment.
