Gerritt Peck is a seasoned educator and military professional with extensive experience in social studies teaching at Loudoun County Public Schools since June 2015 and previous teaching at Fairfax County Public Schools. Additionally, Gerritt has dedicated time as a volunteer at St. Timothy's Episcopal Church and LINK Against Hunger. A former Lieutenant Colonel in the US Army, Gerritt served for nearly three decades, including roles as North Africa Country Program Director at the Defense Security Cooperation Agency and Regional Director for AM General in the Far East. Gerritt holds a BA in Social Sciences - Education from San Diego State University and an MA in International Policy from The George Washington University, along with various military education credentials in Japan and command positions throughout military service.
