Susan Lewis Kaylor currently serves as the President and CEO of St. Vincent Family Services, a role held since January 2017, leading mental health services for children and families in Ohio. Prior to this position, Kaylor was the Chief Administrative Officer at the ADAMH Board from December 2012 to December 2016, overseeing various administrative functions and supportive housing initiatives. Kaylor's extensive experience also includes serving as Vice President of Performance and Management at ADAMH, where strategic planning and performance management systems were developed. Earlier roles include Director of The Greater Columbus Project at the Children’s Defense Fund-Ohio, and Executive Assistant to the Attorney General of Ohio, where strategic priorities and liaison duties were managed. Kaylor holds a Master's Degree in Public Policy and Management from the John Glenn College of Public Affairs at The Ohio State University and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from The University of Akron, complemented by executive leadership training at the Center for Creative Leadership and Leadership Columbus.
